Deputies in Ontario County say that a 20-year-old Penfield man is facing charges related to driving while ability impaired by drugs on July 8th. The charges stemmed from an investigation into a traffic stop on State Route 444 in the Town of Victor where Brendan T. Oshaughnessy, 20, of Penfield was stopped for failure to keep right.He was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and will answer the charges in Victor Town Court at a later date.
